Friedrich Wälti

Friedrich was born on June 29th, 1830 and his baptism took place on July 30th, 1830 in Rüderswil.¹ Friedrich's father is Christen Wälti and his mother is Cathrina Schneider. His paternal grandparents were Christen Wälti and Cathrina Aeschbacher; his maternal grandparents are Johann Schneider and Barbara Schertenleib. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Christen, Hans Rudolf (Johann), Gottlieb, Ulrich, VNU ungetauft, Anna Elisabeth and Maria. He is the seventh oldest of the eight children.
