Jakob Wälti

Jakob was born on May 31st, 1850 and his baptism took place in Burgdorf.¹ Jakob's father was Jakob Wälti and his mother was Anna Barbara Hirsbrunner. His paternal grandparents were Hans Ulrich Wälti and Maria Steiner. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Hans Friedrich, Hans Ulrich, Alfred, Maria Elise and Anna. He is the fourth oldest of the six children.
