Friedrich was born on April 26th, 1859 and his baptism took place on May 15th, 1859 in Langnau im Emmental.1   Friedrich's father was Hans Lehmann and his mother was Elisabeth Wüthrich.  His paternal grandparents were Ulrich Lehmann and Barbara Burger; his maternal grandparents were Peter Wüthrich and Barbara Rentsch.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 44 on November 11th, 1903 in Krankenhaus in Langnau.1
